Orders Shipping & Returns

Did you say FREE shipping?

That is correct. We offer free continental US shipping on any order from our website. In most cases we will use UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1 business day.

How do you ship?

Domestic: We use UPS ground shipping for most domestic shipments. International shipments depend on the size, weight and destination. Next-day, 2nd-day, and 3rd-day rush shipping is available for an additional fee. Please get in touch so we can quote price for expedited services.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship anywhere in the world. We will provide a custom shipping quote based on the products purchased and your international shipping destination. The quote will cover shipping and handling only; West of Hudson is not responsible for duty, brokerage, or any additional fees due at the destination. Please contact us to receive a custom quote. In order to expedite your request please include your shipping country, postal code and the SKU(s) of the product(s) you are interested in.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

West of Hudson works diligently to ship your items in a timely manner; we typically ship within 1-2 business days of the original order. We will contact you immediately if the arrival date of your order is delayed.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

We are happy to accommodate you if this is the case. Please notify us when you place your order.

How Can I Return A Product?

We understand it can be tricky to buy a rug online. In order to make this easier for you – we offer a hassle free 2 week return policy on any order placed on our website. You will cover return shipping fees. Please contact us before returning anything or if you have any additional questions about our return policy.

Online payment methods accepted are any major debit / credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or Paypal.

I am looking for a specific rug. Do you take requests?

Yes we take special orders – this may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks if we can make it. Let us know what you are looking for and we will let you know what we can do and expected time-frame. Contact us

Do you have inventory not listed online?

Yes we have lots of rugs that are not listed online. Please get in touch and let us know what you are looking for – we will be happy to browse through our inventory. We get fresh inventory weekly and if we know what you are looking for we can send you a picture before listing online.. so what are you waiting for? Drop us a note.. 

Are all your rugs one of a kind?

Yes all our rugs are one of a kind and unique. Our over-dyed rugs were all imported new or vintage rugs – same quality rugs you will find in fine Oriental rug stores. We overdye in the US.

Is your checkout / payment safe?

Yes our checkout is hosted on a secure server. Your information and payment method is safe with us.
